The expert for electronic data exchange manages the gastronomy expert

The specialist for gastronomy and trade HAMBERGER was founded more than 100 years ago. Among the more than 35,000 customers is the upmarket catering and hotel industry, as well as cafés and bars, canteens, snack bars and retailers. With more than 60,000 items on 16,000 square meters of market space, Hamberger is one of the largest catering wholesale markets in Germany.

Lobster_data collects information from several sources to update the webshop. The article number can be found in the product database, price and stock of a product in the ERP system. The software converts the data, prepares it and then automatically exports it as a CSV file to the webshop. Hamberger also communicates with its suppliers via EDI, which also use different file formats – no problem with Lobster_data. In addition, the Lobster software monitors all orders in the system and prevents delivery delays from the outset.
