Michael Rolle has 25 years of experience in Logistics, Private Equity and Finance. He is currently CFO and Managing Director at DHL Supply Chain, the market leader in Logistics. Since 2021 he is also CFO for the Global DHL Fulfillment Network for eCommerce. In the past Michael was CFO / CEO for various entities of DHL as well as Group Head of M&A and SVP Corporate Development.

Before Michael worked for 7 years at Private Equity firm Apax Partners where he completed and led several investments in Business Services and Retail.

Next to his roles at DHL, Michael is an Advisor/Board Member for Private Equity firms for on Logistics and M&A and is on the Advisory Board of Lobster. He is an active Investor into VC and PE backed companies.

Michael holds a PhD in Econometrics from Cologne University and studied at Harvard University, HEC Paris and ESADE Barcelona and conducts regular teaching assignments on M&A and Logistics.
